Once you have sent us your application, you accept that you will not have the right to cancel. We will unfortunately be tied into the process; payments will have been made.
The procedures and fees of the various governments are outside the control of Yellow Zebra and subject to change by them without prior notice. Yellow Zebra does not accept responsibility for any changes in procedures or the visa application fees made by the relevant government.
The assessment of visa applications itself is not carried out by Yellow Zebra and the grant or refusal of visas is at the sole discretion of the relevant government. They reserve the right to ask for further documentation and to refuse any visa application.
Any delays from governments or decisions to refuse a Visa are also beyond our control. As is permitted in law, we exclude all liability for any consequential losses arising from any delay.
Yellow Zebra shall have no liability to customers in connection with any visa applications, including but not limited to liability in or under contract or negligence howsoever arising, and including liability for any delay or failure of Yellow Zebra in handling or processing visa applications, loss of or delay to passports and other documents, and rejections of visa applications for any reason.
Yellow Zebra is not responsible for loss, delays or non-issuance of any visa application arising from or in connection with incomplete or inaccurate documentation from our clients. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of your application.
Yellow Zebra shall have no liability to any visa customer, or any other person relying on or benefiting from any visa application, for any commitment, cost or expenditure incurred in reliance on or anticipation of receiving a visa, whether within a particular timescale or at all including travel and accommodation arrangements, and any other arrangements made.
Our maximum liability arising from the offer of visa services shall in all cases be limited to an amount equal to the service fees paid by you in connection with the services to which such claim relates.
This exclusion of liability includes but is not limited to where the loss is caused by delay, misplacement, loss or damage of visa applications, passports and other documents.
We must caveat our advice, by saying we cannot take responsibility for advice we give in regards to visa requirements - there are simply too many combinations of passports, nationalities and countries for us to keep up to date on all. Ultimately, your travel requirements are your own responsibility so we strongly recommend you check your requirements yourself before travelling. Advice can change and regulations can change. Your embassy's website will offer the most reliable information.
